[Honestly, he's finding out how lucky they were to have tickets to this show. It's crowded, full of cheering fans, and the energy is infectious. His siblings are equally excited, and it's nice to see them smiling so much. And well, it'll be nice to see Makoto again after that surprise meeting on the beach.
Of course, seeing her up on stage is completely different from seeing her at the beach. She's in a very cute outfit, probably looking the girliest he's ever seen her, and...well, her singing and dancing is, of course, spectacular. It's no surprise she has so many fans, he reflects, watching her up on stage now.
And he figures that the reason he's so breathless is because of the energy around her, and because the show is charged with it--there really couldn't be any other reason, right?
Regardless, he watches them perform their last number with a big smile on his face. These were for fun, right? Well, he certainly is having it, and his little brother and sister too (even if they seem to giggle at him for his big smile, but he just shakes his head at them and chuckles and pats them on the head.
But with the show nearly coming to an end, he reflects that he didn't quite go over what to do now with Makoto-chan; she's bound to be busy after such a big show, but he does want to let her know he appreciated all of this...
