Gently, Leon's fingers curl over Stahn's wrist as he cups his cheek, but it isn't to pull his hand away--they remain there gently, even as Stahn leans in for that kiss. At this point, they've been together long enough and have been able to be gently affectionate together enough that Leon knows it's coming.
Which makes it easy for him to just softly lean into it, pleased by it even if he won't say so (but what else is new, and does he really have to say anything when his eyes flutter shut and he presses into the kiss under his own power?). It's warm and it's gentle, kind and sweet, and it shows more than anything that Leon said the right thing.
This made Stahn happy. This is what Stahn wanted. Which means... that this is what has to happen. Leon will make it happen, when he's certain the situation is stable enough for him to leave, and when he knows for a fact Marian will be 100% safe. When those things are accomplished...

...There are all sorts of promises lurking beneath something like that, lurking within the promise of the two of them alone for a prolonged period of time, but Leon's not ready to try to unpack them yet; instead, he gently breaks away from the kiss, breathing somewhat unsteadily, and swallows. Here, he's Emilio. And... on their travels, too, he thinks that maybe...he'll be able to be more of Emilio than Leon, sometimes, when it's just the two of them.]
