It was supposed to help them out in their newest battle, but admittedly there is some tactical questionability to using dragon veins that could do who the fuck knows in the middle of a heated battle (he'd thought that a few times, but his precious sibling had typically ordered it anyway, of course) and now here he is.
Falling through the air into a completely different world (not that he knows that yet, of course).
The tear between worlds is pretty much established now that Severa and Inigo and Owain have jumped from one to the other (not that he knows that either), and that's when he's landing in.... a field of flowers.
Oh. That could've been a lot more painful.
(He has no way of knowing it's Tiki's place of rest, a haven for Manaketes everywhere, of course.
In fact, there's a lot Leo doesn't know right now as he shifts and brushes himself off and fails to notice there are flowers in his hair.)]
[ Nah had been, up until this point, curled up in her dragon form and basking in the sun - contemplation, she would have told anyone who happened upon her, of the goodness of Lady Tiki and the divine dragon Herself - and happily ignorant of all that went on below her. Why not? This place was not for outsiders. It was a place where she could take her true form (for that's what she considers it, mostly) and be safe.
So, when a philistine in black armor falls like a storybook character from the sky, Nah... sighs.
And the sighs of a dragon? They manifest as ground-shaking gusts of wind.
Not bothering to revert (yet), she peers at him with beady eyes. ]
... You look silly.
[ Funny how such a comment can reek of judgment! ]
Of course, Leo is distracted from the rudeness by the fact that that sure is a dragon; he hesitates for a moment, peering up at Nah, fingers immediately tightening on the tome at his side.
[ Her dragon form isn't nearly as expressive as her human form, but her voice echoes and booms, and each breath she huffs through her nostrils sways the grass and leaves around her.
Also, she's able to convey incredibly long-suffering unimpress. ]
I said, "You look silly." You've got flowers in your hair, you know.
[...UGH HE DOES. He immediately reaches up to brush away the flowers, flustered and displeased, clearing his throat and trying to regain his composure. His hair is at least only slightly awry now.]
T-that is not important! Where am I? What is...this place?
[What are you, he manages to stop himself from asking, because really, it's quite obvious. A dragon. But... not at all like his sibling.]
[It's not like he's about to prostrate himself for this--he's a prince!! He's better than that!!
On the other hand.
He's the prince of a country that presumably cares a fair bit about dragons considering their bloodline and general capabilities, and Leo's the more well-read of the Nohrian siblings as it is; he hesitates for a moment, uncertain, before he briefly bows his head.]
... I apologize for my trespasses.
[Of all sorts... that's not what he wanted, of course, and trespassing on holy ground generally goes very wrong for most people.]
That was not my intention. ... As soon as I have found my way from this place, I shall leave you to your peace.
[ The deference may have been her due in this place but she certainly hadn't expected him to offer it so easily. Her head bobs a bit, jowls showing in what is supposed to be a smile. On a dragon, it just looks weird. ]
Apology accepted.
[ Now, she does settle down on the grass, but there's a different reason for it. ]
You're lost, right? Dropped from the sky? That actually happened to me once, a few years ago. Climb on, I'll take you to the nearest village.
[It's said with a great deal of uncertainty despite the brave front he tries to put on it, but... she's a dragon. A real dragon, not whatever fake excuse of a thing their weirdass sibling is--
Slowly, he...well, he clambers on, cautious as he possibly can be when climbing onto her back.]
Your...assistance is appreciated. [Stiltedly--but sincerely.]
[ A flap of her wing, much like someone might wave a hand. ]
You're welcome.
[ And then, taking to the air, Nah is gentle and unassuming in her flight, conscious of her passenger's no doubt delicate skin and human constitution. The journey is relatively seamless, although he may want to protect his eyes from the stinging winds that will accompany their velocity.
About ten minutes later, she lands softly at ground level. The mountain rises up behind them, a thing conquered. ]
There. You can get down now.
[ As soon as he does, he'll see no dragon, just a tiny adolescent girl blinking at it. ]
No amount of trying to fix it will stop said frizzing from happening, not from the flight--and he drops his hands practically immediately when he realizes he was about to try anyway. That's not...exactly what a prince of Nohr should be doing, he feels.
More importantly--the dragon.
Or.
The little girl. Which, you know, in his experience kind of tend to be the same thing anyway.]
Might I request one more thing of you?
[He's gonna REQUEST IT ANYWAY because he's kind of entitled that way.]
nah

Ugh... What the hell is even going on?]
... Excuse me? [WHAT]

[ Nah leans somewhat on the haunches of her front legs, a prelude to lying down in much the same way a dog might. ]
You really should apologise.
[ To her? To the grass? To Naga herself? ... Nah is in no hurry to elaborate. ]

I--pardon me?
[YOU WANT HIM TO...RIDE YOU??]

Here. Get on.
[ Despite his incredulity, Nah is remarkably patient, extending a wing out like a kindly beckoning arm. ]
You won't fall off, I promise. And it's quicker than hiking down the mountain.
