[Yep. She was definitely lost.

This wasn't exactly a rare thing for March; she traveled so often that she had to occasionally get lost. It was just a fact of life.

But she always managed to get herself unlost. The fog seemed to be trying to confound her here, though; she had definitely never seen a place like this.

But March just sighs, slowly lowering her hood as she looks up at the sky.]

The moon will be shadowed tonight, hm...?

[That was a shame. The moon was her constant companion.

But she didn't seem too bothered--there was still a bit of a smile on her lips as she looked up at the sky.]

[ Engaging strange young girls she found had become something of a bad habit for Magoichi in this place. She could not quite help it; the girls of this place were much different than the ones she was used to...

In fact, so many of them reminded her of herself some years ago it was disturbing.

She was pretty certain this one was a girl, as well, though is was hard to tell with the bulky coat. Something about her voice though, the way she walked -- no, she was fairly certain. ]

Less light to shoot by.

[ Magoichi mentions it casually as she stops. ]

March tilts her head to look at the woman, nodding.]

Is there much danger of being shot here? It doesn't sound like a very pleasant place!

No. Not much, at least from what I have seen so far.

[ Magoichi scans the area around them in one swift glance. ]

Yet it never hurts to be cautious.

[March doesn't bother glancing around--her bell at the end of her hood is not ringing and so while her words are a suggestion, her tone is utterly confident.]

I don't believe there's any danger at the moment.

[Ahhh but--]

If it is such an unpredictable place, though, I shouldn't stay long.

Not to sound threatening, but I am not certain you can.

[ She shrugs, crossing her arms over her chest. ]

None of us seem to have been able to just yet, not once we have found our way here.

Couldn't you get elsewhere if you walked far enough?

You could, but there's little chance it will be recognizable.

And I take it that horseless carriage is out of the question again.

Heh--I guess I'll be staying for awhile, then.

Would you mind telling me a bit about this place?

I will offer what I know, which is unfortunately not much.

The town is called Inaba. We are in the country of Japan, in a year called 2011, by some solar way of marking the dates, apparently.

You do hide it fairly well. It took some observation to assume correctly.

At the compliment, however, she shows the briefest amount of surprise. It is not often others than men say such things to her, and they often have their own reasons for it. ]
